Here’s a selection of projects I’ve contributed to over the years—ranging from eCommerce and port logistics to mobile games and digital products. In each, I played a strategic or creative leadership role: facilitating workshops, conducting interviews, crafting value propositions, managing production, or building and launching products.

These case snippets highlight my ability to adapt across industries while staying grounded in user insight, clear structure, and purposeful design.

Gera Dovana – Experience-based eCommerce

For this experience gift platform, I facilitated a strategy workshop with stakeholders to define key success factors. Then I led user research sessions across four customer groups—frequent buyers, occasional users, and non-buyers.

From the insights, I created:

  • Personas
  • Value Proposition Canvas
  • User Journeys
  • A Product Roadmap

I also oversaw the work of the UX/UI designer, providing direction and feedback throughout the design process.

Port of Klaipėda – Website Strategy & UX Overhaul

I started by conducting initial client interviews and creating a detailed project proposal—competing against multiple agencies and winning the bid.

Once the project kicked off, I led interviews with:

  • Ship captains
  • Port service companies
  • Port authority and management

Using these insights, I developed Customer Value Canvases for each group, then planned the website’s structure and content to serve their distinct needs. I also:

  • Defined the sitemap and content priorities
  • Wrote UX documentation for developers
  • Oversaw the work of the UX/UI designer

Tiny Explorers – Mobile Game

I co-founded an indie game studio "RedBee games" and, together with a developer, created Tiny Explorers—an adventure game for kids. I handled:

  • 3D modeling and animation
  • Gameplay design
  • Branding and trailer production
  • Marketing assets createion

Launched the game on both iOS and Android platforms.

This game was developed for the publisher TabTale. My role included:
